Full Control System Services

From a simple motor starter panel to a full process control system with SCADA, our control team handles the complete scope.

Programming

PLC Programming

Ladder logic, function block, and structured text programming for Siemens S7, Allen-Bradley Micro/CompactLogix, and Schneider Modicon platforms. New programs and modifications to existing systems.

Panel Build

Control Panel Design & Build

Full control panel engineering โ€” from schematic design through fabrication, wiring, and factory acceptance testing. Panels built to IEC and NEC standards, certified and documented.

Instrumentation

Instrumentation Wiring

Field instrument installation, loop wiring, and termination. Pressure transmitters, temperature elements, flow meters, level instruments, and control valves โ€” installation and loop testing.

SCADA

SCADA Integration

Integration of PLC systems with SCADA platforms for remote monitoring, data logging, and alarming. Modbus TCP, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, and OPC communication protocols.

Commissioning

System Commissioning

Pre-commissioning checks, loop testing, functional testing, and full system commissioning. Punch list management, as-built documentation, and operator training.

Support

Troubleshooting & Support

Fault diagnosis and repair on existing PLC and control systems. Whether it's a corrupted program, failed I/O card, or a wiring fault โ€” we can diagnose and fix it quickly.

From Specification to Handover

Every control system project follows a structured engineering process with clear documentation at each stage.

Scope Definition

Review of process requirements, control philosophy, and existing system documentation. Definition of scope, I/O count, panel requirements, and communication architecture.

Design & Engineering

Electrical schematic design, panel layout drawings, I/O list, instrument data sheets, and PLC hardware selection. Design review with client before proceeding to build.

Panel Build & Software

Panel fabrication, wiring, and testing. PLC program development, HMI screen design, and SCADA configuration in parallel with the panel build.

Factory Acceptance Test

Full FAT in our workshop before mobilising to site โ€” simulating I/O, testing sequences, alarms, and communications. Client invited to witness FAT.

Site Commissioning

Installation, loop testing, functional testing, and full system commissioning on site. As-built documentation, O&M manuals, and operator training delivered on completion.

Engineering Rigour. Practical Experience.

Control systems are the brain of your operation. We treat them with the engineering discipline they require โ€” proper documentation, structured testing, and thorough commissioning.
